For dogs who need space or should not be approached. Wording may include “Do Not Pet,” “Give Me Space,” “In Training,” “Nervous,” or another phrase you provide.

Themed Surprise
A fun Chaotic Gear surprise! Possible themes may include sharks, florals, gothic, neon, butterflies, rainbows, paint splatter, retro designs, and more.

Seasonal Surprise
A holiday or seasonal design that may feature fall, Halloween, Christmas, winter, Valentine’s Day, or another available limited-edition theme.

The Mystery Box Experience

Panda Boxes are intended to be a surprise. You may provide your preferences, sizing information, wording, and items you do not want; however, exact products, colors, designs, toys, and bonus items are not guaranteed.

Final selections are made by Chaotic Gear based on:

• Your selected Panda Box size

• Your selected theme

• Your dog’s collar size and general size

• The preferences you provide

• Materials and products available when your box is created

Treat Samples and Bonus Items

Panda Boxes shipped within the United States may include a treat sample when available.

International Panda Boxes will not contain treat samples due to shipping and import restrictions. A different bonus item may be included instead.

Handmade and Packed to Order

Panda Boxes are packed and/or handmade by Chaotic Gear in California. Boxes may contain custom-made gear, ready-made products, limited-edition items, overstock, or sample pieces selected especially for your dog.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your Panda Box to be created and prepared for shipment. Shipping time begins after your order has been completed.

Safety Information

Always supervise your dog while using gear and toys. Items are not chew-proof unless specifically stated. Inspect all products regularly and discontinue use if anything becomes worn, damaged, or unsafe.
