🧼 SECTION 2: Care Instructions
How to Clean Your Gear
Keeping your gear clean extends its life and performance.
• Rinse with water after muddy use
• Use mild soap and a soft cloth
• Dry completely before storing
• Store in a cool, dry place
For vinyl or painted designs:
• Avoid scrubbing directly on vinyl
• Do not use abrasive cleaners
• Pat dry instead of aggressive rubbing

This protects you legally.
Important Safety Information
• Always check hardware for wear, rust, bending, or damage before each use
• Replace gear if signs of failure appear
• Not designed for tie-out use unless specified
• Not a chew toy
• Supervise dogs when using tug toys
Do NOT use with flea collars.
Flea collar chemicals can react with hardware and cause premature corrosion.
Avoid salt water exposure.
Salt can damage hardware over time. If exposed, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and dry completely.

Hardware & Environment Disclaimer
While Biothane® is waterproof, metal hardware is not corrosion-proof.
Environmental factors such as:
• Salt air
• Chlorine
• Chemicals
• Moisture
• Sweat
may cause oxidation or finish wear over time.
Hardware wear is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect.

We want this strong but professional — not confrontational.
Custom Design & Intellectual Property Policy
We love bringing your ideas to life.
When a customer submits a design concept, color combination, layout idea, or creative direction, Chaotic Gear retains the right to reproduce, modify, and offer that design in future collections unless a written exclusivity agreement has been made in advance.
Custom orders are made-to-order and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If exclusivity is desired, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss custom design agreements.
🧠 Warranty / Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Fit Responsibility
Because you do custom sizing:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements.
