At Chaotic Gear, we believe dog gear should be just as tough, stylish, and unique as the dogs who wear it. That’s why we handcraft all of our products using premium Biothane®, quality hardware, custom vinyl, and fun fonts. This page gives you an overview of the materials and options you can choose from when building your perfect collar, leash, or gear set.
Biothane® Colors
Durable & Waterproof – Biothane® looks and feels like leather but is completely waterproof, stink-proof, and easy to clean.
Color Variety – Available in a wide range of solid and vibrant colors.
Hardware Options
Nickel (Silver) – Classic shine, strong, and versatile.
Black – Sleek matte finish for a modern look.
Brass / Gold – A bold pop of color with a premium feel.
Optional Upgrades – Specialized clips, O-rings, and limited-release hardware may be available.
Vinyl Customization
