All Chaotic Gear items are made to order and customized specifically for each customer.

For this reason, all sales are final.

STORE CREDIT

We do not offer refunds. In certain situations, we may offer store credit if there is an issue with your order.

To request assistance, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Order number  
• Clear photos of the item

The following are not eligible for return or store credit:

• Incorrect sizing provided by the customer  
• Normal wear and tear  
• Damage from misuse or environmental exposure  
• Minor variations due to the handmade nature of the product

If there is a manufacturing defect, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement.
