🛑 Purchase & Cancellation Policy

All items are handmade to order. Once an order is placed, materials are purchased and production begins quickly.

For that reason, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellations are NOT accepted if:

  • Production has already started

  • Materials have been purchased

  • The order is custom sizing, design, or color

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges unless there is a defect in workmanship.

Once an order enters production, it is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if materials are not available or if the order cannot be completed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
