Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty due to workmanship.

We will happily fix or replace an item if:

  • The hardware or stitching fails due to workmanship

  • The wrong size or color was sent due to our mistake

We do not replace items that are damaged from:

  • Chewing, biting, or rough play

  • Exposure to harsh elements or excessive sun

  • Use with flea/tick collars

  • Normal wear and tear

Once a product has been worn or used, it cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly help.

⚠️ Important Safety Note

All dog gear should be inspected regularly for wear and tear. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the product is appropriate and safe for their individual dog.

Once gear is used, worn, or altered by the customer, it is not eligible for return or refund.
