When available, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout. If not collected at checkout, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees required by their country.

Important International Policy

Chaotic Gear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import inspections, weather, postal disruptions, or local delivery carriers.

If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid import fees, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address information:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping fees are non-refundable

• Customs/VAT/duty charges are non-refundable

• Any carrier fees charged to us will be deducted from any eligible refund

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for your order and are non-refundable once production has started.

🧾 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are outside our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first. We will gladly assist with claims, tracking, and documentation when possible.
